Guiding Principles:

Driven by the philosophy of our Founder and Chairman, the principles of the Foundation are based on compassion for the economically challenged youth in our community who need guidance envisioning, working towards, and achieving a positive, successful future.

We will act with commitment and perseverance in seeking effective programs that create positive change in the lives of our benefactors.

We will offer encouragement and motivation to all program participants, including mentors, teachers, and other leaders who serve as role models.

We will value and respect our colleagues, beneficiaries, and patrons as we work together to achieve our goals.
